Common use of Employee Address and Telephone Number Clause in Contracts

Employee Address and Telephone Number. It shall be the responsibility of an employee to keep his Department Head informed of his current name, address and telephone number where he can be notified of emergencies, changes in schedule, disciplinary actions, stand-by and overtime assignments and other matters. The City shall have no obligation to notify employees at home under any provision of this Agreement if an employee fails to keep his Department Head so informed.
