Common use of Employee Call Option Clause in Contracts

Employee Call Option. ▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall obtain the prior written consent of the Optionee prior to the exercise by him of the Employee Call Option. Upon the receipt of such consent and the exercise of the Employee Call Option, ▇▇. ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ shall comply with the terms of this Agreement in respect of all Second Option Shares (including, for the avoidance of doubt, those transferred to him by the Employee Grantors).
