EMPLOYEE CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION AND INVENTION ASSIGNMENT AGREEMENT. The Executive shall execute and abide by the terms of the Employee Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement, attached hereto as Exhibit B. The Executive shall execute the Employee Confidential Information and Invention Assignment Agreement contemporaneously with the execution of this Agreement.
