Employee Conflicts of Interest Clause Samples

The Employee Conflicts of Interest clause is designed to prevent employees from engaging in activities or relationships that could compromise their loyalty or objectivity in performing their job duties. Typically, this clause requires employees to disclose any personal, financial, or familial interests that might influence their decisions at work, and may prohibit certain outside employment or business dealings with competitors or clients. Its core function is to protect the employer from biased decision-making and to maintain integrity and trust within the organization.
