Employee Coverage. The employee’s cost for employee-only coverage will be thirteen percent (13%) of the employee-only rate for the Base Medical Plan. If the employee chooses a plan other than the Base Medical Plan, the employee’s cost will be the standard employee rate established for that plan (i.e. the rate applicable where it has not been modified to be a zone’s Base Medical Plan.) The employer shall pay the rate over and above the employee’s cost for the Base Medical Plan.
