Common use of Employee Development Clause in Contracts

Employee Development. ‌ Employees covered by this Agreement may receive up to one thousand dollars ($1,000) for tuition reimbursement per year and other employee requested Employer training at the discretion of the Employer. Approval of requests for tuition reimbursement/employee training is subject to the availability of funding. Tuition reimbursements and Employer training shall be administered in accordance with the Council’s policies and procedures that include an appeal process to the Human Resource Director, or designee.
