Common use of Employee Eligibility Verification Clause in Contracts

Employee Eligibility Verification. 7 CONTRACTOR attests that it shall fully comply with all federal and state statutes and regulations 8 regarding the employment of aliens and others and to ensure that employees, subcontractors, and 10 forth in federal statutes and regulations.
