Common use of Employee File Clause in Contracts

Employee File. (a) For each Employee, an official Employee File will reside in the Office of the Deputy ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇. (b) All contents of an Employee’s Employee File shall be treated as confidential. (c) An Employee shall have the right to examine the contents of their Employee File with reasonable notice during normal business hours excluding any confidential letters of recommendation. (d) No anonymous material shall be included in an Employee’s Employee File.
