Employee Interview. A new employee will have the opportunity to meet with a representative of the Union in the employ of the Employer for a period of up to fifteen (15) minutes without loss of regular earnings. The Employer shall advise the Union Secretary or designate within ten (10) working days of each new hire for the purpose of this interview. The purpose of the meeting will be to acquaint the employee with a representative of the Union and with the Collective Agreement. Time away from the job for both the Union representative and the new employee shall be at a time agreed to by the Supervisors affected.
