Employee Level. 3 – a person who has had at least two (2) years experience in the cropping, farming and vegetable industries and who is capable of performing efficiently without supervision any of the tasks reasonably required of him/her including driving, maintaining and operating farm vehicles and machinery; animal husbandry; stock handling; pasture management; irrigation work and use of chemicals. This level may include leading hand and managers who have duties involved in the day-to-day running of the enterprise and may include supervising employees as required.
