Common use of Employee Lists Clause in Contracts

Employee Lists. The Employer shall report to the Union the information on all employees added to or removed from the bargaining unit(s) in the seniority unit(s). The report shall be made on a bi-weekly payroll period basis and shall be transmitted no later than one (1) week following the end of each payroll period. Upon the request of the Union, the Employer shall provide the Union with a listing of all employees in the bargaining units represented by the Union.
