Common use of Employee Names Clause in Contracts

Employee Names. The District shall provide the Association with names and addresses of all bargaining unit members no later than October 15th of each school year, and of all the bargaining unit members employed after September 30th of each year within thirty (30) days of employment.

Employee Names. The District shall provide the Association with names names, addresses, telephone numbers and addresses site assignments of all bargaining new unit members no later than October 15th September 15 of each school year, and of all the bargaining unit members employed after September 30th 30 of each year within thirty (30) days of employment.

Employee Names. The District shall provide the Association with names and addresses assignments of all bargaining unit members personnel no later than October 15th July 30 of each school year, year and of all the bargaining unit members personnel employed after September 30th 30 of each year within thirty (30) days of employment.
