Common use of Employee Names Clause in Contracts

Employee Names. 27.5.1 The employer, except as provided for in subclause 26.5.2 of this clause, shall supply to the Union (upon written request) a list of names and addresses of all workers covered by the “NZ Cleaners and Cleaning Contractors Multi Employer Collective Employment Agreement 2018- 2019”, but not more frequently than every 2 months. 27.5.2 When a worker covered by this Agreement advises the employer in writing that he/she does not wish to be a member of the Union, then that worker’s address shall not be included on the list provided for in subclause 26.5.1 of this clause.
