Employee Number. The PBA will initially notify the City as to the amount of dues. Such notification shall be certified to the City in writing over the signature of an authorized officer of the PBA. Changes in PBA dues shall be similarly certified to the City and shall be done at least 60 days in advance of the effective date of such change.
