Common use of Employee Policies and Procedures Clause in Contracts

Employee Policies and Procedures. SCHEDULE 3.12(c) contains a complete and accurate list of all employee manuals, policies, procedures and work-related rules (the "Employee Policies and Procedures") that apply to employees of the Company. The Company has provided Buyer a copy of all written Employee Policies and Procedures and a written description of all unwritten Employee Policies and Procedures. Each of the Employee Policies and Procedures can be amended or terminated at will by the Company.
