Common use of Employee Preference Clause in Contracts

Employee Preference. In effecting transfers with the organization, due consideration shall be given to the preference of the employee involved. When transfers of employee(s) are necessitated by organizational change(s), reasonable effort shall be made to avoid reduction in compensation of the affected employee(s).
