Common use of Employee Recognition Clause in Contracts

Employee Recognition. Employees who are eligible to receive a service award from the City of Hayward shall receive credit for that time spent as a City employee in part-time status, provided such part-time employment is contiguous with full-time employment, or “regular” part-time employment involving a work schedule of twenty (20) hours per week or more.
