EMPLOYEE REPRESENTATIVE RIGHT OF ENTRY. 8.6.1. In accordance with clauses 20- 25 of the ERA 2000: 8.6.1.1. The union, with the consent of the employer (which consent will not be unreasonably withheld), be entitled to enter the premises at all reasonable times for the purpose of interviewing any employees or enforcing this agreement, including access to wages and time records, but not so as to interfere unreasonably with the employer's business.
