Common use of Employee Response Clause in Contracts

Employee Response. (a) The Employee must give the Employer a written response to the offer made under subclause 21.1(a) within 21 days after the offer is given to the Employee, stating whether the Employee accepts or declines the offer. (b) If the Employee fails to give the Employer a written response in accordance with subclause 21.3(a), the Employee is taken to have declined the offer.

Employee Response. (ai) The Employee must give the Employer a written response to the offer made under subclause 21.1(a16.4(a)(i) within 21 days after the offer is given to the Employee, stating whether the Employee accepts or declines the offer. (bii) If the Employee fails to give the Employer a written response in accordance with subclause 21.3(a), 16.4(c)(i) the Employee is taken to have declined the offer.

(b) If the Employee fails to give the Employer EACH a written response in accordance with subclause 21.3(asub- clause 26.3(a), the Employee is taken to have declined the offer.
