Employees as Union Representatives Clause Samples

The "Employees as Union Representatives" clause defines the rights and procedures for employees who serve as representatives of a labor union within the workplace. Typically, this clause outlines how employees may be selected or recognized as union representatives, the scope of their activities—such as attending meetings or representing coworkers in discussions with management—and any limitations on their duties during working hours. Its core function is to ensure that employees can effectively participate in union activities without fear of reprisal, thereby supporting fair labor practices and structured communication between employees and management.
