Common use of Employees Called in After Leaving the Premises Clause in Contracts

Employees Called in After Leaving the Premises. Call-In shall be defined as a call for a Full-Time Employee to perform work after leaving the premises but before he/she is next scheduled for work. The provision shall not apply to any period of time connected to an Employee’s regularly scheduled shift.
