Common use of Employer Data Clause in Contracts

Employer Data. 17.1 The Consultant acknowledges the Employer's ownership of Intellectual Property Rights which may subsist in the Employer’s data. The Consultant shall not delete or remove any copyright notices contained within or relating to the Employer’s data. 17.2 The Consultant and the Employer shall each take reasonable precautions (having regard to the nature of their other respective obligations under this Agreement) to preserve the integrity of the Employer’s data and to prevent any corruption or loss of the Employer’s data.
