EMPLOYER DIRECTIVES. 9.01 The Employer shall provide the Union with a copy of all personnel directives that are intended to clarify the interpretation or application of the Collective Agreement. Where the Union or the employees disagree with the Employer’s directive, either the Union or the employees may grieve pursuant to the grievance procedures contained herein.
