Common use of Employer Identification Number Clause in Contracts

Employer Identification Number. Regardless of any other rules governing it in this regard, the Commission may only issue an employer identification number following the filing by the applicant of proof that it is the holder in due form of a license as issued by the Régie du bâtiment du Québec. The Commission may refer no worker nor confirm the hiring of any employee to a party that does not hold an employer identification number as issued pursuant to this article.
