Employer Property Sample Clauses
The Employer Property clause defines the ownership, use, and return of any property, materials, or equipment provided by the employer to the employee or contractor during the course of their work. Typically, this clause specifies that such items remain the property of the employer and must be used solely for work-related purposes, with an obligation to return them upon termination of employment or completion of the project. Its core function is to protect the employer’s assets, prevent misuse, and ensure that all company property is accounted for and returned when no longer needed.
