Common use of Employment Policies and Practices Clause in Contracts

Employment Policies and Practices. To the extent required under applicable law (a) all applicable provisions of Executive Order No. 11246 of September 24, 1965, and of the rules, regulations, and relevant orders of the Secretary of Labor are hereby incorporated by reference, and (b) the following affirmative action clauses and the related regulations of the United States Secretary of Labor are hereby incorporated herein by reference: (a) Affirmative Action for Handicapped Workers, 41 CFR 60-741.4, and (b) Affirmative Action for Disabled Veterans and Veterans of the Vietnam Era, 41 CFR 60-250.4.
