ENACTMENT. This Memorandum of Understanding shall become effective when ratified by the Association's membership and adopted by resolution of the Butte County Board of Supervisors. Upon such adoption, the provision of this memorandum shall supersede and control over conflicting or inconsistent County ordinances, resolutions or rules.
