Common use of ENA's Rights and Obligations under the Third Party Contract Clause in Contracts

ENA's Rights and Obligations under the Third Party Contract. During the Term, ENA shall act as CustomerPalo Alto's limited agent for certain purposes with respect to each Third Party Contract and, in so acting, may exercise certain of CustomerPalo Alto's rights under each Third Party Contract. The agency granted under this Section 2.1 with respect to the Third Party Contract shall be specifically limited to the following: Scheduling of all quantities of Gas purchased; Performance of all notice requirements related to operationals and logistics, including response to EFOs and OFOs; and
