Common use of Encroachments Clause in Contracts

Encroachments. To Seller’s knowledge (a) all structures and improvements, including any driveways and accessory structures, are wholly within the lot lines of the Property, (b) no existing building, structure, or improvement of any kind encroaches upon the Property from any adjacent property, and (c) there are no present or past discrepancies or disputes regarding the boundaries of the Property.
