Encumbered Positions. Sixty (60) days notice shall be given to the Union prior to changing an encumbered position(s) which will require an employee(s) to work at more than one (1) site within Extendicare Canada Inc. Such notice of organizational change shall be provided under this Article and Letter of Understanding #6.
