Common use of End of Contract Clause in Contracts

End of Contract. We will give you at least 1 month before the term of this contract expires , and not earlier than 2 months before the contract expires. We will notify you of your contractual options. At the end of this Market Contract, either of us may terminate our arrangement by giving 20 business days' notice. If you then choose to transfer to another retailer, you will continue to be billed by us until that retailer becomes financially responsible for your account, and your final billing has been settled. I f we continue to supply you with electricity after the term, that supply will be on the terms and conditions set out in this Market Contract subject to any variations which we have notified you of in accordance with the terms of this Market Contract.
