End of Rental. At the End of the Rental You must: (a) return the Vehicle: (i) in the same condition it was in at the Start of the Rental, fair wear and tear excepted; and (ii) with a full tank of fuel; (b) pay: (i) the balance of the Rental Charges, including any charges fro excess kilometres (if any); (ii) the Damage Excess if there is Damage or Third Party Loss as a result of an Accident or the Vehicle is stolen; (iii) any costs We incur, including extra cleaning costs under clause 5.5(b), in reinstating the Vehicle to the same condition it was in at the Start of the Rental, fair wear and tear excluded; (iv) for all Damage arising from a Major Breach of the Rental Contract; (v) for all Overhead Damage; (vi) for all Underbody Damage; and (vii) for any Damage caused by the immersion of the Vehicle in water.
End of Rental. The rental ends with the return of the vehicle, its keys, and its documents to the LESSOR's premises and during their opening hours. Under no circumstances shall the TENANT return the keys to persons other than the LESSOR. If the vehicle is returned without its keys, they will be invoiced to the TENANT. In the event of an accident requiring the immobilization of the vehicle, the rental agreement is terminated upon transmission to the LESSOR of the duly completed amicable report by the TENANT and the possible third party. The vehicle is rented with a full tank and must be returned by the TENANT to the LESSOR with a full tank. The TENANT therefore only pays for what he has consumed. If the vehicle is not returned with a full tank, the missing fuel will be invoiced at a rate of 4 € per liter and 20 euros for handling. In this case, please note that the bill can quickly increase. The amount may be deducted from the security deposit. The TENANT must provide the fuel receipt or present a photo of the gas pump to the LESSOR when returning the vehicle. If the vehicle is not returned to the departure and return location of the rented vehicle, the repatriation costs of the vehicle will be deducted from the security deposit.

You will be liable for all damage, cost and/or expenses associated with the above measures and for any direct, indirect, consequential damages (such as loss...) to the Vehicle unless it is demonstrated that Europcar is directly responsible for such confiscation or impounding of the Vehicle. Furthermore, the rental agreement may be automatically terminated as soon as Europcar is informed of such action by the legal authorities or by you. Any use of the Vehicle which may be detrimental to Europcar will entitle Europcar to automatically terminate the rental agreement with immediate effect. You will then return the Vehicle immediately as soon as Europcar so requests. In the event of theft of the Vehicle, the rental agreement will be terminated as soon as Europcar has received a copy of the theft declaration made by you to the police authorities. Furthermore Europcar will have no responsibility for loss, theft, robbery or damage of whatever nature relating to objects and/or utensils transported or which are found in the Vehicle including, in particular, baggage and/or goods.

You agree that these costs will be charged to your credit/debit card lodged with MexicoMobility® requiring no additional authorization. In some specific cases and Hotels locations and for customer convenience (to use the scooter up the last minute to be able to reach their shuttle before departing the Hotel) MexicoMobility®will authorize by the phone or by e mail that the scooter or wheelchair or any other type of rented equipment is left at the Concierge or Bell Man area of the Hotel.
