End of tenancy. (7.11) Where there are multiple tenants, each Tenant agrees with the other(s) that any one of them may consent on behalf of all Tenants to use alternative dispute resolution through a valid notice seeking possession served by tenancy deposit protection scheme to deal with any dispute about the Landlord. Where Deposit at the Tenant does not give vacant possession, and end of the Landlord is subsequently granted an order for possession, the Court may order the Tenant to pay the Landlord’s reasonable costs of obtaining and enforcing the possession ordertenancy
