Common use of End of the fixed Clause in Contracts

End of the fixed. term employment contract 1. The employment contract of employees with a fixed-term employment contract shall end on the last day of the period referred to in the individual employment contract, or at the time established pursuant to the first paragraph of article 7:667 of the Dutch Civil Code. 2. If this option has been agreed in accordance with article 3.3 paragraph 4 of the collective labour agreement, contrary to the previous paragraph, the fixed-term employment contract can also be terminated early by giving notice.
