Common use of End User Information Clause in Contracts

End User Information. 14.1 Grapevine shall treat End User information in accordance with Grapevine’s privacy policy at ▇▇▇.▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇.▇▇▇.▇▇ 14.2 Grapevine may use the contact details of the End User: a. to contact or correspond with an End User for the purposes of this Agreement; or b. to send an End User newsletters and promotional offers from Grapevine or a third party. If an End User does not wish its details to be used for information or promotional purposes, then the End User should contact Grapevine on 13 35 00. 14.3 Grapevine may release the End User’s personal information when ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ believes, in good faith, that such release is reasonably necessary to: a. comply with the law or any contractual obligation owed by ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ to a carrier or supplier; b. enforce or apply the terms of this Agreement; and c. protect the rights, property or safety of Grapevine, suppliers, carriers or users, and others. 14.4 Notwithstanding any other provision of this Agreement, the End User agrees t hat ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ may use the End User’s personal information to verify their details and obtain credit information about them from related entities, credit providers, credit reporting agencies and TransACT Capital Communications Pty Ltd ABN 23 096 966 888.
