Common use of End User Obligations Clause in Contracts

End User Obligations. The End User shall cooperate with Licensor’s reasonable requests in connection with providing the Maintenance Services, including, without limitation, by providing Licensor with timely access to data, information and personnel of the End User. The End User is responsible for the accuracy and completeness of all data and information provided to Licensee in connection with the Maintenance Services.
