Endorsement and Execution of Documents. Upon Beneficiary's written request, Trustee shall, without liability or notice to Trustor, execute, consent to, or join in any instrument or agreement in connection with or necessary to effectuate the purposes of the Loan Documents. Trustor hereby irrevocably designates Trustee as its attorney in fact to execute, acknowledge and deliver, on Trustor's behalf and in Trustor's name, all instruments or agreements necessary to implement any provision(s) of this Deed of Trust or to further perfect the lien created by this Deed of Trust on the Trust Property. This power of attorney shall be deemed to be coupled with an interest and shall survive any disability of Trustor.
