Endorsement or Replacement of Certificates Delivered After Amendments Clause Samples

The 'Endorsement or Replacement of Certificates Delivered After Amendments' clause requires that any certificates previously provided under an agreement must be updated or replaced to reflect changes made by subsequent amendments. In practice, this means that if the terms of the agreement are modified—such as changes to insurance requirements or other certified obligations—the party responsible must ensure that new or revised certificates are delivered to demonstrate ongoing compliance. This clause ensures that all documentation remains accurate and up-to-date, thereby preventing confusion or disputes about whether current requirements are being met.
