ENERGY AND RESOURCE CONSUMPTION. Landlord may, in its sole discretion, cooperate in a reasonable manner with the efforts of governmental agencies and/or utility suppliers in reducing energy or other resource consumption within the Leased Premises. Tenant agrees at all times to comply with the requirements of utility suppliers and governmental agencies regulating the consumption of energy and/or other resources.
