Energy Performance Certificates. 14.1 The Tenant shall: (a) co-operate with the Landlord so far as is reasonably necessary to allow the Landlord to obtain an Energy Performance Certificate and Recommendation Report for the Property including providing the Landlord with copies of any plans or other information held by the Tenant that would assist in obtaining an Energy Performance Certificate and Recommendation Report; and (b) allow such access to any Energy Assessor appointed by the Landlord as is reasonably necessary to inspect the Property for the purposes of preparing an Energy Performance Certificate and Recommendation Report for the Property. 14.2 The Tenant shall not commission an Energy Performance Certificate for the Property without first giving two weeks’ notice to the Landlord.
