Energy Source. Notwithstanding the foregoing provisions of Section 8.2, Energy Sources shall be provided at [*]. In the event that Focal does not manufacture the Energy Source, but rather obtains it from a third party, the Developing Party shall have the right to purchase the Energy Source directly from such third party as mutually agreed by the Developing Party and such third party.
