Enforceability and Severability. 27.1 If any provision of this Contract is determined to be invalid, void, illegal or unenforceable, in whole or in part, such invalidity, voidance, or unenforceability will attach only to such provision or part of such provision, and all other provisions or the remaining part of such provision, as the case may be, continue to have full force and effect.
