Common use of Enforceability and Severability Clause in Contracts

Enforceability and Severability. If any term of this Agreement is deemed void, voidable, invalid or unenforceable for any reason, such term shall be deemed severable from all other terms of this Agreement, which shall continue in full force and effect.
