Common use of Enforceability of Agreement Clause in Contracts

Enforceability of Agreement. The Corporation has duly authorized, executed and delivered this Agreement and this Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation of the Corporation enforceable against it in accordance with its terms, subject to the exceptions as to enforceability as are contained in the opinion of C▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ & B▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ LLP referred to in Section 8(o) hereof.

Enforceability of Agreement. The Corporation has duly authorized, executed and delivered this Agreement and this Agreement constitutes a legal, valid and binding obligation of the Corporation enforceable against it in accordance with its terms, subject to the exceptions as to enforceability as are contained in the opinion of C▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ & B▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ DLA Piper (Canada) LLP referred to in Section 8(o) hereof.

Enforceability of Agreement.
