Common use of Enforceable Obligations Clause in Contracts

Enforceable Obligations. This Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents have been duly executed and delivered and constitute legal, valid and binding obligations of each Credit Party enforceable against such Credit Party in accordance with their respective terms, except as may be limited by bankruptcy or insolvency laws or similar laws affecting creditors' rights generally or by general equitable principles.

Enforceable Obligations. This Credit Agreement and the other Credit Documents have been duly executed and delivered and constitute legal, valid and binding obligations of each Credit Party enforceable against such Credit Party in accordance with their respective terms, except as may be limited by bankruptcy bankruptcy, insolvency, reorganization or insolvency moratorium laws or similar laws relating to or affecting creditors' rights generally or by general equitable principles.
