Common use of Enforcement Action Clause in Contracts

Enforcement Action. In the event that any Party institutes any legal action or other proceeding against another Party or Parties to enforce the provisions of this Settlement or to declare rights and/or obligations under this Settlement, the successful Party or Parties will be entitled to recover from the unsuccessful Party or Parties reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, including expert witness fees, incurred in connection with any enforcement action.

Enforcement Action. In the event that any Party institutes any legal action or other proceeding against another Party or Parties to enforce the provisions of this Settlement or to declare rights and/or obligations under this Settlement, the successful Party or Parties will be entitled to recover from the unsuccessful Party or Parties reasonable attorneys’ fees and costs, including expert witness fees, incurred in connection with any enforcement action.
