ENFORCEMENT OF PROVISIONS. The failure of the Employer or the Employee at any time to enforce any of the provisions of this Agreement, or any right with respect thereto, will in no way be construed to be a waiver of such provisions or rights or in any way to affect the validity of this Agreement. The exercise by either party hereto of any rights under the terms or covenants herein shall not preclude or prejudice the exercising thereafter of the same or any other rights under this Agreement.
