Enforcement of this Arbitration Provision. You have the right to consult with counsel of your choice concerning this Arbitration Provision and to be represented by counsel at any stage during the arbitration process. Except as provided in Sections 13.2 and 13.8 of this Arbitration Provision, this Arbitration Provision replaces prior agreements regarding the arbitration of disputes and is the full and complete agreement relating to the formal resolution of disputes covered by this Arbitration Provision. In the event any portion of this Arbitration Provision is deemed unenforceable, the remainder of this Arbitration Provision will be enforceable. This Arbitration Provision will survive the termination of your relationship with us, and it will continue to apply if your relationship with us is ended but later renewed.
