Enforcement on behalf of all Parties. The Operator shall use its reasonable endeavours to ensure that any contract with third parties includes provisions whereby the Operator shall be entitled to enforce the contract on behalf of all the Parties and to recover on behalf of all the Parties the full amount of any loss, damage, injury or expense caused to them by any tort of or breach of such contract by the third party concerned to the extent recoverable according to such contract and any right of indemnity contained therein.
