Common use of Enforcement Powers Clause in Contracts

Enforcement Powers. For the purpose of all rights and powers implied or granted by statute, the Secured Obligations are deemed to have fallen due on the date of this Deed provided that such rights and powers may not be exercised prior to an Acceleration Event which is continuing, unless expressly stated otherwise in this Deed. The power of sale and other powers conferred by section 101 of the Law of Property ▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ and all other enforcement powers conferred by this Deed shall be immediately exercisable at any time after an Acceleration Event has occurred and is continuing.
